OMG, Think ive found my bilogical mother

Well, i might have anyway. im adopted, and have decided that i want to trace my biological parents.
I went on to genes reunited, and her name was on there, through someone else, and its the same place of birth,and year of birth.
Dont have a clue what to do, weather to wait for my social worker to have a look at it, or to write a message to the guy involved.
Im So confused

There's an 'official' route for tracing biological parents if you're adopted. Ask your social worker, he/she will know about it.

I have half heartedly looked for my dad via genes reunited but never gone whole hog into it. Dont know what I would do if I saw his name etc.

There is a "proper" route to go down, but its hard to just sit here doing nothing, especially if it is her! It was wrote buy a guy, wondering it it could be a brother/sister, dad even.
I do know ive got three half brothers already, though ive got no details of these, they're on my Biological dads side, who was married, so its not on my record.

I know nothing about this but I'd suggest that you take a long term view of this and do it through the proper channels, no matter how tempting it is to take short cuts. The more you are convinced that it is her, the more it applies, IMO. Whether I'd follow my own advice is another question, however!

Like you I'd be burning with curiosity! But, equally, I'd go down the official route first - I think!!
