decent car needed for 4 kids, 2 dogs etc

I am expecting number 4 and so need a new car. Can anyone recommend or discount any cars for me. It needs to fit 2 adults, 4 kids, ( 1 in baby seat, 1 stage 1 seat, 1 booster seat and 1 with no seat.) In addition we need to fit 2 smallish dogs and a buggy. We have a roof box so luggage room for holidays isn't a major concern but the buggy is a must. On top of that it needs to be economical to run . It's a big ask, and I can't afford to get it help.

pricey as it was only introduced at the end of 2010 so you're looking at nearly £18k for a second hand one, but it has lovely slidey doors, plenty of seats, a bigger boot space than the previous model and more importantly a much better safety rating!

i reckon you should take a caravelle out for a test drive though, might be easier than you think?
it's the only one i can think of that's going to have plenty of boot space really for 2 dogs and a buggy!

we're going for a VW caddy maxi life I think. it's a van conversion, so 7 seats but still reasonable boot. i can't believe i forgot this one in my last post lol
