Help needed cant get through to Telegraph to place an announcement

The numbers I have are 0207 7531 3000
and 0207 7538 5000

My Spanish telephone company wont recognise the number. can anyone find me another number or have london codes changed again and I just dont know. I need to place a death announcement asap. Thanks.

too many 7s, I think- leave out the second one, and try again!
