Help! DH is in Australia on biz. Has just discovered that the credit card he puts all his expenses on expired on 1 march. Only my DH could travel across the world and do something like that. He is facing a £500 hotel bill on Sunday before he comes home. He has a card for our joint account but says he doesn't know the pin. I have access to this account so can make sure there is enough money in it for him. But if Austrailia needs pin now like over here thats no good. He's also got the card to his own account but its another bank so will take too long to transfer money into. Help! Can he use the joint card and just sign?

He's got sensitive skin so all the washing up will bring him out in terrible blothes! :)

Is it a company credit card? If so can't he get someone else from work to call and put it on theirs?

you don't need the pin for credit cards

if it is a credit card he can just sign for it... the only time you use a pin for a credit card is if he is withdrawing money from a cashpoint machine.

If it is just a debit card then he will need the pin unfortunately.
