just send it now, show your replky text when you get your tickets and just pay for one. its easy. i have used the offer loads, as its really good offer.

You can be stood in the queue for the cinema and send the text. It's pretty instant and you can go every week if you like. Me and my neighbour go until we exhaust all the films and then stop for a while. It's good fun to know you're not paying full whack for something so we treat ourselves in Starbucks first. We go to Vue cinema and I know the filmworks also do orange Wednesday. You don't need to show your phone to the desk. I've got an orange phone and I'm not going tonight. If anyone wants a number, let me know but its first come first served as you can only have one.

trix1 · 01/03/2006 16:24

if you dont have to show your phone at the desk - do they check with orange that you are a customer?

No. They just key the code into a special box and they get authorisation that the code is genuine. I dropped my phone outside the cinema once and shattered the screen. I phoned my DS to redo the 241 and he read it out to me over the phone. I've given numbers to loads of friends when I've not been going.

trix1 · 01/03/2006 16:33

Thats great.

Now what film do you recommend - I hardly ever go to the cinema but am going to take advantage of this offer (after being an orange customer for five years).

I quite enjoyed Casanova but the best film I have seen recently was Just Good Friends. I don't know if it's still on at the cinema. Memoirs of a Geesha was better than I expected. That was my neighbours choice and I wasn't looking forward to it. But I did actually enjoy it.

misdee · 01/03/2006 16:37

i sae final destination 3 last week. good for gore fest!

trix1 · 01/03/2006 16:37

Has anyone seen Walk the line? any good?

OP posts:
Flip · 01/03/2006 16:42

No, not seen that one. Didn't fancy it. I've watched Zathura and that was good. Was a bit frightened though. But I am a bit of a softie and I haven't entertained the idea of Final Destination without hubby to sink my finger nails into. Not sure my neighbour would appreciate being gouged.

If I was going tonight it would be Last Holiday. Looks fun and light apart from the fact she's dying! Grin
