Ideas for Jack Frost party bags?

DD1 (6) is having a Jack Frost party in a couple of weeks based on the lovely animation based on the Mellings Book not that awful snowman film!

Anyway I've been trying to come up with ideas for the party bags. I like them to be practical as I hate unnecessary waste etc and I know there are loads of things I can do but I'd like them to fit with the theme if possible.

I've come up with ice cube trays - the novelty sort like you get from Ikea - would that work? My kids always seem to like funny ice cubes and I thought it would be different but now I'm not sure.

The other thing I thought was snowdrop bulbs but its the wrong time of year - so I thought a little pot of snowdrops but that is probably expensive.

Any ideas?
Thanks :)

I like the ice cube tray idea. What about some gloves? I think you can get those stretchy novelty type gloves for as litle as one pound. I don't know the story, but i assume it is wintery things you want?

Do you have a cd writer on your PC? If so, write the song 'Hit the Road Jack' by The Weathergirls (or another favourite)onto poundsavers cd's, 5 for £1. You need to consider where you uploaded it forst

Gloves is a nice idea but I wouldn't want to get naff ones so it might be a bit expensive. CD is also good idea although it won't be wintery for long (hopefully she saids watching the snowflakes flutter past the window).

Had inspiration this morning whilst snuffling (horrible cold) - handkerchiefs. V. environmentally friendly. Been looking on ebay though and they are quite pricy for what they are. Almost as much as ice cube trays. Amazing how stuff adds up.

Think I would really like to do an ice cude tray and a hankie if I can find them cheep enough. Unless I can find somewhere selling really cheap pots of snowdrops and then I might ditch the bags altogether and send those instead. Need 14 though!
