Wendy houses on stilts - have you got one?

Thinking about getting one this summer as I have a close age gap between DD and DS and forsee territory fights over the next few years. I plan to properly do out the inside with hardboard on the walls, carpet and curtains and thought I could put old shower curtains etc on hooks around the stilts to make a separate den underneath.
Just wondered what Wendy house owners thought and if there are any things to watch out for when buying a stilted one?

our dd is 4 and uses it alot, rungs on the ladder could have done with being a bit closer together though, other than that, its great. all the toy food/kitchen stuff lives in it

I think that is bigger than my garden!

it's not as big as it sounds, our garden is only small and it fits well in a corner

i like this one too but its very expansive.
