I'm sitting here watching Dd who's 2 playing with toy animals. She has all of a sudden over the last month or so started imaginative play with them rather than just making lines of them all over the place. They now have arguments and talk to each other and have funny voices. Last week on holiday the fisher prices chickens were shouting at each other over whoes tractor was who's.
It's just really cute watching her I don't want to make her go for a bath.

Its things like this that make me wish my ds had imaginative play. He just looks at me like Im mad!

She just started all of a sudden. I was wondering why she was shouting on me and not paying any attention when I answered, it turned out it was the baby tiger asking it's mummy of it could go out to play.

ahh, thats so cute. Ds has just taken to making his bath ducks kiss each other, then I have to kiss them, then he does too. (including the mwah noise for kissing!).
Not quite imaginative play like your dd but getting there
