I just moved to Crouch End, though my daughter is 2.5, I have found a bunch of things to do but geared towards her age(though she seems to be the oldest in each group) I know there is a Haringey Sure Start, they do all sorts of coffess and activities for mums and children under five, I have the number somewhere, email me through contact another talker if you want it. There is a cute cafe in priory park that does drop in music and art classes, there is also a big bulletin board with all sorts of kid related notices on it. There is a Steiner playgroup on Wednesday and Friday at the North London Steiner School which is at a Babtist church off Priory Road. On Monday there is a story hour at the Hornsey Library at 11, the also have a bulletin board with info on it. Also there is another drop in music class called very little people make music 0208 83404512 is the number Sarah is the name, they have it at in a few different places. I know Crocodile Antiques cafe in Muswell Hill has some sort of drop in thing too. Like I said we just moved here, so we have not done all of these things but have done most. I found a lot of info at the toy shops in Muswell Hill and Crouch End. Hope that helps.
