i have a Bebe Confort Loola which has finally driven me to the edge and i am writing a letter to complain about it.....however in the organised chaos of my house i've 'tidied up' the paperwork for it and can't find it.

can anyone out there provide me with the address please?

I have a loola, but the paperwork is currently in the nursery and baby is asleep.

I can dig it out tomorrow, but pray tell, what has driven you to the edge about it!!!

No addy sorry, but wondered if you would mind telling me what's wrong with it? Pg friend mentioned just today that she is thinking of getting one- shall I tell her not to bother??!!

have rummaged and found my paperwork.......

i have been driven to the edge because the brakes have packed in. i was visiting a friend on friday and we took our kids for a walk.....i put the brake on when we stopped to chat and it seized. it took me ten minutes to get it going again. the cable is badly placed and gets caught when putting the pushchair up and down, so the brakes are now temperamental.
the seat doesn't recline very easily, it's quite cumbersome putting it up and down, it doesn't stand on its own when folded etc etc
i wouldn't mind but i've only had it 6 months, probably only use it about twice a week so don't really expect it to start falling apart just yet but it is! to be honest i'm just not very happy with it all round. the basket on the bottom is obscured by the crossbar, so not very practical for carrying stuff, the hood is quite floppy especially with the raincover on. it was brilliant in the early days when we used the chassis with the car seat, but ds is big for his age and outgrew the car seat much sooner than anticipated. i wouldn't recommend it but maybe others have had a more positive experience.

(moschops with a new name......i fancied a change)
