All those of you who have a cleaner

What chores do you expect from your cleaner? Do you expect things like the oven and the windows to be cleaned?
I have just got myself a new cleaning job in a 3 bedroomed, quite big house. It's 4 hours once a week, including ironing. Wondering what other cleaners do and don't do. As much info as poss please...........thanks mumsnetters!

I've both had a cleaner and been a cleaner. I always had each job spelled out for me, because everyone likes things done differently. Someone might prefer you to get more ironing done than spend time on the oven. They might also have a window cleaner (although not for inside - ISWYM). I was never asked to do ovens, and windows inside only one a month or so. I was never asked to do fridges either.
When I had a cleaner, I preferred the house to be cleaned through lightly and often, so that bigger jobs like bookshelves I could just do myself when I had time.
Best if you could ask them to be quite specific and take you through room by room.
