Don't know about any websites but a friend of mine has recently moved into a rented house. She got a list from the local council of private landlords who are willing to take benefits claimants.

Xp asked at the council as did I but they didn't seem to have a clue what I was on about.

Was that today Rickman ??

I have to go back to take some proof of stuff for housing benefit so will ask again.
