How do Is stretch a pair of leather sandals?

A new pair of leather sandals is a bit too tight. Any ideas on how I can stretch the leather a bit?

I think you can get "shoe stretch" at a shoe repair. You can in the states anyway. It's basically a spray the moistens the leather then you put them on and walk around and the leather stretches. I'd ask at a local shoe repair. Even if they don't have this product they might be able to advise something else.
