Having heard about the eye-popping amount of money to be made letting out homes during the Olympics, my husband and I are considering it. We've had Foxtons around who would take a 26% cut of the rent. We may try and rent it privately, ourselves (which we've done several times before). Has anyone secured tenants for their properties during the Olympics, or is this all a load of hype...?
