EB - this sounds silly but I applied mainly cos they are close to us and I have heard them mentioned a couple of times.
Are they any good? Has anyone every met EB kids at castings?
SarahMJ B&B gave us a no within a day or so... sorry dont help much really how old is your LO?

casting seemed to go well, she smiled and sat still when they wanted, but this was her 1st ever one so iv nothing to compare it to, had to get a tube from liverpool street in rush hour, mental! coming back was fine though.

sarahmjz my sister in law applied for her ds at b&b at the end of jan, she still hasn't heard anything

it took no more than 10 mins, she had a few photos taken, and that was it really, while i was there, there was 2 other little girls, one was 1, the other was about 3, but im guessing they had kids booked to come in throughout the day

do you normally only hear from the agency if your lo has got the job, or do they get in touch with you if its a no?

they let you know either way

well done lanismum, excellent that she was good! did you take your mum with aswell? we were only at casting for 5/10 mins yesterday which is normal.

Sarah, don't worry bout sending pic again!!! I work on Kings Court office development next to Tescos in Newmarket.. called Factotum. They're lovely. The guy who does the night shift is from Soham.. He's called Dan, married to a girl a little older than him and she runs a tanning shop!!! I thought everyone in Soham knew each other??

why do you feel stressed izzy, is it because you're going away?

allie-dont think they are too keen when people take someone else to a casting, just what ive heard but i suppose it depends on the client and how big studio is, how many kids will be there at same time etc. but saying that when i took d to his photoshoot at norrie i took my old nan, not nanny seaside!

hello everyone, just got a call from MOT that my ds is going to have a job tomorrow.. i'm very excited.. its our FIRST!!

im not sure when i will hear back, but i know the actual shoot is supposed to be next week, so i assume they would let me know at the end of the week? i didnt take my mum, she was busy, and there wouldnt have been room anyway, the place where they did the casting was very small, i think the only time i would take someone with me to a casting is if they were driving me and could wait outside. thanks again for all the good lucks, ill let you know when i get an answer
