Hi Beacon,welcome,How is it being with Bruce & Brown? did you have an interview with them?
Im sure i read on this thread that someone lived in Worthing,this is real close to me and i was wondering who they are.

hi totally yes i did live in brighton. In sussex square, kemptown. now living in stanmore, parents live in harrow which is why i moved back. now regretting my decision as miss brighton very much.

I just felt at IK there was a bit more of a chance to ask about the industry and get a real feel for the agency. But I do think the UA team are v pleasant. Just goes to show how differently they all operate.

sh11> as far as im aware i think we have to get in touch with them if we want to sign.

still not sure do like UA and IK but then we have KL to choose between as well. i would have liked to have met Kids London really before making a decision.

lanismum, just read one of your postings from earlier saying that jenny said they dont offer contracts to everyone. she also said that to me, dunno if it was pessimistic maybe just trying to be quite honest about whole industry. anyway as far as im concerned if they dont take your dd on they dont know what they're missing as she is gorgeous. all the kids that were there at the same time as us were all v good apart from my ds trying to stick a duplo block into a LOs face

Cyan >> I must admit, i do think that by meeting your agent you get a real feel for what they are like/how they operate. If they are happy to give you the time and to let you look round the office they obviously have nothing to hide. How many little ones would UA / IK have your little ones age???

yackerty- i like all of the agencies for different reasons which is why making a decision is quite tough. i think it's important to have a good rapport with them, with hindsight i didnt have this with norrie. for example, i felt v out of place when i took ds to the shoot whereas yesterday the other mums were v pleasant. I would just prefer to meet with KL, although the leaflet/pamphlet thing they sent is informative.

IK dont charge anythingfor joining/assessments but you pay for the photoshoot

There are 5 boys aged 0-23 months with IK at present. As for UA im not sure, something I didnt ask but there was no other boys at the time we were there and the only 2 other MNers who have boys are sh11 and tinkerbellechelle whose babies are younger , i think correct me if im wrong mums! my ds is 1, 2 weeks today! yackerty how many boys at KL in your Lo age

I mean sh11 and tink are the only MNers that I know of who went to the shoot and have boys, hope that makes more sense. one of the UA team said they saw 36 babies yesterday, amd obviously they will already have some babies on their books

Any one with Inspired kids cany ou tell me if they are a sole agency, as had an email from dan to arrange an interview, but ds is already with a agenccy

hi tink, were there any boys when you were at the shoot? maybe it was just coincidence that ds was only one at time. we'll just wait to hear from them over the week. if they ring hope its not during my interview. must turn my phone off or at least on silent. hows the studying going? 7s hows ds tummy?
