Anyone use continuous use contact lenses? Are they all that? Convince me..

I fancy trying these. Currently wear specs for driving, TV etc, but getting too blind to manage without them really, and too vain to wear them like I should. What are the drawbacks of the 28day lenses? And how do they NOT fall down behind your eyeball when you're asleep?!

FWIW, I decided against it after trying them and found they DI dry my eyes out . I had laser surgery last November instead- bit drastci but I hated lenses and glasses!

I tried them. When I got a good pair, they were fantastic. However half the time I ended up getting an eye infection, and in the end risking my eyesight wasn't worth it.
