Notasheep, all hair is programmed to grow to a particular lenth and then drop out. Pubic hair drops out sooner than the hair on your head, eyebrows sooner again.

Not everyones hair grows to the same lenght btw, which is why some people can never grow their hair down to their knees even if they never cut it.
