basically Ive been thrown inthe deep end at work (secretarial), I was working in litigation but am now in the conveyancing dept with a boss who expects me to have picked up the process yesterday (if you get my meaning).
I just need a bit of help with purchasing, can yanyone fill me in on all the potential charges, i.e. stamp duty land tax (I know that one!).
