Am i the only one who gets fed up with these services.They offer you time slots of between 8 a.m and 1 p.m 0r 12 p.m and 6p.m.No good for me when I say "o.k but I have school children to pick up in both those time slots could you please make a not for you driver to not come at those times" they reply "no sorry can't do that"I say "well what happens if he comes when I am on the school run" they say "well you will have to call and re book our srevice.Makes my blood boil surly I can't be the only mum in the U.K to have this problem.anyone else? they all need to get there act together
