Yesterdays parenting lesson was 'just how far can a jar of petroleum jelly go'?
Have cleaned the window, salvaged the carpet, thrown out a coupld of books, figured some kind of natty boarder will save the ruined curtains
BUT how the hell do I get the stuff out of ds's hair!!
Have washed (twice) and combed it, anyone got any further suggestions...

My dd did something similar and it took quite a few washes for it to come out. I think in the end I had some cradle cap shampoo at her for the time and that seemed to work a bit better than ordinary baby shampoo.
Not much help I know, sorry. It just took time.

Try putting the shampoo on first, before you wet his hair, hopefully that should do the trick.

Thanks C and M...will try....knew ds wouldn't have been the only child to have done this
