Can I import an address book from AOL to Outlook Express?

Got a new ISP and want to get my addresses from AOL transferred. Can't see how to do it, can't even see how to print the address book out! Can anyone help? Would really really appreciate it.

I'm sure there was an option to save your AOL addressbook. Longtime since I had AOL though.
