Hi

Sorry - another house work is type thread!

Ive got valuers coming to value my house in the morning as Im DESPERATE to move Ive decided and really want an extra bedroom as we are just too big and have too much stuff for out little rabbit hutch - anyway at the moment the house is verrrrrrrrrry messy and also pretty dirty is has to be said - I have DD (4) and DS (9wks) on my own until bedtime and DP wont be around to help

So.....how can I attack it so that its fit to be seen by bedtime whilst also seeing to kiddies and minimising new mess - Im just looking round and cant see how Ill be able to do it - which bits should I concentrate on most that will have an impact on valuer.

Thank You Muchly

I would just stuff as much as i could in wardrobes, cupboards etc. Then just run around and have a quick wipe around and hoover. I dont really know what adds value to a house. but if it is things like a real fire, or the size of a room, make sure you make the most of those things.
Then when you open all your cupboards tomorrow, everything will fall on your head!
Good luck!!!!

the house doctor thing seems to be to show what each room can be/will be used for. So make sure a dining room has table and at least 4 chairs round it, with enough rooom to walk round so it looks usable, make sure bedrooms have bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers accesible, etc.
