I just did the most embarrassing thing and I could just curl up and die.
I had to make an important call to a lady I know well but our relationship is strictly business ...
She wasn't in ... so I left a message and then carried on with what I was doing (doing a wee on the toilet )
I noticed there was no toilet paper so called out for my DH to bring me some and then looked at the phone ...
Yup, you guessed it ... I hadn't hung up ... and so at the end of my business message my colleague will hear "Darling, could you bring me some loo paper please ... Oh ... oh my god ... oh shit!" (the last bit being me noticing that I hadn't hung up ...)
I am easily embarrassed at the best of times but this has to be one of the most awful things I have ever done ... I am bright red just thinking about it!
I know I will regret not changing my name for this post ...
