How Clean Is Your House - How did they do the fridge seal???

I seem to recall them attacking a fridge seal with a toothbrush (obviously dipped in something) and it coming up all pretty.... anyone know what they used? I don't want to use anything too harsh and it eat the seal!!!!

toothbrush and toothpaste (really)

or

toothbrush and bleach

or

toothbrush and baking soda paste (made with a little water)

All of the above work a treat

Think it might have been toothpaste? Then just wiped off with damp cloth.

If not just think how minty fresh your kitchen will smell after!
