If you dial 2211 from your phone it'll put you onto a recorded message then you can press 1 to select your treat. Don't know what options 1 and 2 are but option 3 gives you 15 minutes of calls to landlines or 02 mobiles for 3 months

You have to top up by at least £10 every month before the 27th if you're on PAYG to qualify for this. More info here
