Pony folks - are silver Hunters considered naff? Or glossy ones?

Am not a pony person but really fancy some decent wellies. But obv don't want the pink pushchair sniff from horsey types. What is not considered classy in the welly world?

I'd say that any colour that looks OK with added dung is snicker-proof.

Personally, I wear black Muckboots as they are far warmer than wellies. But anything that looks like it actually sees mud deeper than 2mm is fine - my v horsey friend has pale pink hunters, and fancies a pair of Joules ones with dogs on. The only thing sniff worthy at our yard is people trying not to get their boots dirty

Hunters are fast becoming akin to anything Burberry. They just scream 'chav' nowadays! sadly Im with CMOT, Muck Boot Company forever! I adore mine!
