Have a look here he idea is you hand over 5 books your child no longer reads, you get 50% off 5 new books from ELC and they give the books to children who need them.

what a nice idea, shame the books in ELC always seem to be crappola (they are in my local branch anyway)

Thanks for flagging this up Soupy, I got my mail too and thought what a nice idea. It is a shame ELC's book ranges are limited though, I agree NDP.
