What Games To Play on Christmas Day?

Oooo that rhymes!

Okay, I have a 4 year old and an 18 month old. My mother and her boyfriend will also be there. I'd like a few games that everyone could play for after dinner.

I've got a couple of games that we can play when the youngest ds is having his nap (both board games), but am a bit stumped for when he's awake. Anyone have some nice simple ideas that'll appeal to the oldest and youngest in the family?

What about singing and doing the actions - like wheels on the bus etc

For the youngest try hiding things round the house - do you have chocolate coins or something else small which he / she can go hunting for?
Not much fun for the older members of the party though ...

Ooo a hide and seek type game with objects sounds promising, thanks Rowlers

Compo - singing and actions would probably be a good "kill the time while waiting for the delay in turkey cooking times" activity

Keeps em busy for hours.
They'll want you to keep doing it over and over - get your guests to hide the stuff.
Have fun!
