Thought I'd ask as GLTC advertise on here. I ordered 2 personalised santa sacks in early November and was assured that they would get here for Christmas. No sign of them last week so rang to check and was assured that they would arrive before Christmas only to get a telephone call today saying that they couldn't deliver before Christmas after all and that they would arrive around the 3rd week of January. As I pointed out to the customer service rep, what use is a Santa sack in January? Anyway, I've cancelled the order and I'm not being charged for it so I've not lost out financially, I'm just really annoyed because I ordered it weeks ago and I had this assurance only last week that they would be here. What am I meant to find only 6 days before Christmas that will be as nice instead? Anyway, just wanted to rant and to warn others who have ordered the same thing. Will be sending a flame mail to GLTC's head of customer service!!!!
