have you actually bought it? Or just set your heart on it?

Ordered it, booked the plumber

Was discussing the flue with the design person at the company and emailing measurements - when they decided they won't sell me it (and I'm not arguing with them) as it's too bloody big

Now I have to find a really good heating engineer who can work it all out for me

And it's the week before christmas and we are going to lose our slot with the plumber and we have waited 3 months for it
