I knew they'd do it eventually as cul de sac needs finishing. Needs pavements laying, drives tarmacing and block paving whole cul de sac.
But they have just started this morning and gave no warning.
There are no bricks lining where pavements will end, and big lumps of tarmac laying all over the road.
I need to go out later in the car. At moment can't get car out! Argh!
