Hi there,

I have to buy gifts for 3 of DH's relatives who are all girls, aged 10, 7 and 4. They are quite girly girls I think, though the middle one is perhaps less so.

Please can anyone give me any pointers as to what would be good for each one - roughly £10 per head?

TIA.

Oooh I have 3 girls the same age, are you buying for mine?

4 yrs, polly pocket, my little pony, barbie
7 years, bratz, arty crafty materials, jewellery etc
10 years, cds, dvds, arty crafty stuff, jewellery, books.

Could go on and on and on!

4 year old - make your own fairy wings kit (they're basically wings with some "gems" you stick on - seen them in a number of toy shops. 7 year old - spirograph or mandela (sp? name?) thing - they;re like a stencil on a circular disc that sits in a frame and they have lots of nice patterns - you draw the shapes and keep moving it round and end up with quite an elaborate and pretty pattern. 10 year old - jewellery box? diary? (seen some nice ones that you can "lock")

hi if you go into woolworths they are selling dvd's three for £20 for the 4 year old you could get the magic roundabout, rugrats or tweenies
for the 7 year old the lizzie maguire movie ( brilliant film) for the ten year old freeky friday (thats not a horror it's a film where a mother and daughter wake up in side each others bodies it's really funny)or princess diaries is about a girl who discovers she is a princess and how her life changes this would do for the 7 yr old also or first daughter is about the life of the presidents daughter also a funny film all of the above are included in the offer and come highly recommended by my 10year old dd she reckons

4yr old- magic roundabout
7year old lizzie maguire movie
10yr old-feeeky friday

you can order on woolworths website click on 3 dvd's for £20 banner and it will be delivered early next week i ordered mine last night

Hi Pennies, my 10year old is into Harry Potter, Simpsons, Animal Ark,

CDs would be Mcfly, Pussycat dolls - but this has a parental warning so personally I would avoid, Girls aloud. Will come back later when have more time.

I've bought my 9 yr old god-daughter a glitter lava lamp from Woolworths (£6.99) and a Bratz game from Toys R US (£4.99).
As for 4 yr olds you can't go far wrong with Polly Pockets.
