john lewis (only most things seem to be out of stock)

did big orders with Lakeland, Brightminds and Book People earlier this week - all seemed to give the impression that they would get here in time and certainly some of them have been despatched already.

how about charity goats? I've just bought a toilet and some chickens from Cafod. Am still awaiting the certificates but confident I'll get them in time for xmas (I hope!).

I'm ok for toys actually (have resigned myself to a toysrus trip next week) and anyway I doubt many people will deliver to europe before xmas. it's siblings and parents i have to shop for. almost all "very difficult"

Ordered off the Book People last Sunday and got delivery on Wednesday.
