gggrrrrrrrrr @ my girls and their advent calenders...

Today came down to discover that my girls had eaten every chocolate from their calenders, I told them that FC ain't coming now as he doesn't know when to come. I told dd1 repeatly yesterday that she was only allowed one a day. but she disregreded(sp??) me and ate them all always. When I told them off, dd1 just looked at me, like it wasn't going in. Well Ds still has his one so the girls are going to get very jealous when he gets to open his each day.

My DD (18 months nearly) threw a fit yesterday because she was only allowed 1 chocolate and not the whole thing. DP wanted to give in and give them all to her "It's not as if she understands Xmas this year" he said Grrrrrr

Although, when i was a kid i remember eating all of my brothers chocolates then denying it until I was blue in the face - cos I am the youngest, always got away with it

I'm not buying another one, they can go without this year, greedy little moos

Isn't that one of the great Christmas traditions, though?

I mean scoffing all the choccies.... I know that's what we always did!

but I like opening it everyday and now they ahve ruined it

How old are they all?

I would be tempted to buy DS a little treat for being such a good boy only something little 50p or so. After all he is only going to get the same amount of choccie as the others but just spread out.

DS is 8 in 3 weeks, dd1 is 5 and dd2 is 4.

Definitely old enough to know better. I would go with the good boy routine (-:

I think watching ds getting a choc each day whilst they do without will be quite a punishment tbh! Don't replace them whatever you do.
