I'm feeling OK - exploring options re breech baby and trying hard to keep sugar levels down. Had a good day today and discovered I can eat potatoes without them spiking my levels, so I get my carb fix and don't get too cross and weepy

GD sounds grim. I mean it's bad enough being pg without having to effectively bloody diet as well.
dd2 is pretty scrumptious. latches on like a trooper and won't come off again... bit screamy in the evenings but hey ho early days yet.
wish i was coming tomorrow would just be so fascinated to meet you all. Next year maybe...
