Retrieving Voicemails on 02 with no credit

I have 5 voicemails on my mobile but no credit to retrieve them - is there a number i can ring from a landline number to get them?

I think you call your mobile and when the answerphone kicks in you should be able to press something that connects you to your messages, but can't remember what you press sorry! Maybe try O2 Customer Services.
