I've been going to the same hairdresser for about a year now, and usually she does a great cut (and colour when I can afford it!) I went for a cut and blowdry on Tuesday, looking forward to it (don't you just love having someone else wash your hair, especially when they put the conditioner on? Heaven!!)
It looked great when I left the salon but when I washed it the next day ... oh my god! Total disaster - I asked her not to take anything of the length but she's taken inches off the layers on the top and left the longer bits at the bottom. If I had a moustache and was wearing shorts and a vest I could be one of those guys from the TV advert who run around shouting "I've got your number"!
Every time I look in the mirror, I want to cry! Can I have my old hair back please?!!
