which high street stores pay the most money?

i need an evening job but it really has to be reasonable money!
I know that places like Boots take on staff for stocking shelves etc at night... do any other stores do this?
and who pays the most?

i could also look at supermarkets i suppose, although iworked for sainsburys and gave up after a month because i hated it so much! lol

yeah still at clarks but only doing one day a week.
manager is cutting everyones hours down as the company isn't doing fabulously at the mo... so no chance of any extra hours there!

i am earning 5.15 an hour i think at clarks... so would like something more than that! lol

i will have to do the rounds i think. i think our m&s is recruiting at the mo... may have to pop in

Sainsburys are fairly good payers too. I wanted a job there but then worked out I would have to work five days to earn what I earn now just doing two days so I didn't bother.

I think Aldi pay abou £7 ph - but you do have to memorise all the prices I think

I did a Christmas stint last year at Boots and they definitely paid more per hour than M&S.

Just be careful SL as I know soo many people who have managed to get a job at this time of year only to be laid off after xmas even though they were told their jobs were permanent.
