hi all i am in a bit of a suition and would really appericate your ideas/thoughts.
I have been working for the same company for 15 years on terrible shift work hours i have left on maternity leave twice now and really enjoyed the time off but i knew i had money coming in.
the position i am in is that when i am on a late shift my poor children suffer i take them to school pick them up rush them to eat their lunch then we are back out in the car rushing to get the childminders on time for me to get to work. My childminder is wonderful like a mother shes great i would miss her if i gave up work. Bascially if i stay at work i suffer mentally and my children are picking up on it if i leave we would have no money even if i got i.e a cleaning job which i dont mind. i am torn have money be able to take them on day trips buy them clothes but dont really see them when i do its rushing all the time or give up and not be able to take them anyway struggle to buy them things.

Help!

in my honest opinion, spending time with your children is worth a hundred times more than any expensive clothes and days out.

a day in the park or at the woods can be fun. and clothes can be bought in charity shops.

thank you for that... its so hard for me i am actually off work with exhaustion at the moment i am still paying my childminder but i am keeping the children at home they really cheer me up.i am so used to having money in the bank the children are well dressed and i am scared that will all go no i know it will all go ill just be able to put food on the table, and thats about it. i dont think i have ever been this scared of making a choice they might not wont to be pulled out of the childminders they really like her and have grown up with the other children.
