a dilemma about what to do re a competition prize

In July I entered a competition run by another parenting site, was told about a month later I'd won (fifi flowertots books) which would be coming directly from publisher. Have chased twice with parenting site and have had apologetic replies but still no actual books.

Now I've never actually spent any time on this site, just stumbled upon it one day and entered the comp. So do feel a bit like I don't have any 'right' to the prize.

Shall I kick up a fuss and name and shame, or just say sod it?

Nooooo. It's not as though they're not giving you the prize because you're not a regular?! (sorry, not overload there, does it make any sense at all to you?)

Kick up a fuss, name and shame etc (although parenting site might be entirely innocent and sponsor the one to blame for not delivering the goods....)

Kick up a fuss-if you want them that is.

Keep at it.

I once registered for a site and won a case of champagne in the monthly draw for newly regsitered members. It never turned up and I emailed them asking whether there had been a problem or whether it was the reason why my postie looked a bit wobbly on his bike these days

Anyway they had sent it to the wrong postcode and when I looked at the address, I decided I didn't fancy claiming it back, wrote and told them and they sent me another.
