Chritmas pressies for DH's who have everything??

Am completely stuck as to what to buy DH for christmas. He has everything he needs. So much so I bought him a day out paragliding for his birthday. He still hasn't used it. He has to get permission form work first.

We're not to flush this year so we've said we won't spend much for christmas. Anyone got any bright ideas. He's a sensitive creative sort. My brain is completely stuck!

I want to get dh an earring but it actually seems to be mildly hard to buy single ones.

if i were a complete saint i would buy dh something that I really hate, e.g. a new pipe YUK YUK YUK CAN'T EVEN BEAR THE THOUGHT off to have a bath now.

why don't pubs do gift certificates?

That gives me loads of ideas. Daddy Cool Some great suggestions. DH loves a good malt (I got him into it - being a yank he was a bourbon boy before I got my hands on him!) so that suggestion is great.

Can't do the number plate - he has one assigned to him as a visiting forces member - I don't hitnk he is allowed to change it. Makes him harder to track I guess. Who knows.

Have written him poems, painted him pictures and made him things for other things so want to actually buy something.

Lots to ponder on now!

I did think of that and looked up to see if Ben Folds is playing. Only to find he is playing suspiciously on the date my DH as told me not to plan anything. I htink I've accidentally stumbled on my birthday pressie as I know its a thing to do. Darn it!

One piece of luck (well bad luck as well Iguess) DH smashed his china mug he is obsessed with using all the time. It a limited edition wedgwood thing. Now I can search and try to find a replacement for that and look all thoughtful. Migh tget him some malt whiskey too. Hope he doesn't read this !
