On the Oxfam site they have a catalogue full of unusual and really special gifts. They cost as little as £6 to provide school meals for 100 children, up to £2000 for a truck! My favourite is building a toilet for £30 or training a midwife for £46.
The person who receives the gift gets a certificate telling them exactly what the gift is. So for someone who has everything, this is perfect!
