My x-sil is getting married again and i have been invited to her wedding, her new hubby to be is fab, he adores and respects her which is more to be said about her ex (my brother).

Thing is, I need to look stunning for it, but have no idea where to start, or, if indeed it is possible. I am v v v v overweight, i need a 24/26 top and a 30/32 bottom, i prefer trousers or very long skirts. I am also going to dye my hair red, (it was like that for years until dd's and dh is getting quite excited

Can you get something made especially for you, Bubs? A friend of mine (who is large) had an outfit especially made for a special occasion and she looked absolutely stunning. It was a long skirt and tunic top. The dressmaker also sewed matching sequins (dark blue/purply ones) onto some plain flat canvas shoes and they really finished the outfit off well (and were comfy).

Don't go to Evans if you can help it. Something from Marina Rinaldi?

Ewwww - I just don't like Evans. I know it has its uses and I have bought stuff there, but I don't think it's the place to go if you want something different and stunning. Maybe some plain black trousers from there and a faaaaabulous top from somewhere else?

I already have some v v comfy black trousers and kitten heel boots. I was thinking of a basque but wouldn't know what to put on top
