C'mon you clever lot - fancy dress ideas please....

DD has to go to a fun fancy dress evening at Rainbows on Friday. The theme is for Bonfire night.
Any ideas - something simple please - I can't even sew on a button.

but lots of gold tinsel from the pound shop and completely wrap her up in it. she can go as a sparkler!

Wrap her in a tube of cardboard, put a pointed cardboard hat on her head and trail lots of bits of tinsel, coloured crepe paper etc out of the bottom of the tube and she could be a rocket????

Sparkley fairy outfit and she can be a spark.

Or, if you're feeling cruel, nasty and black-humoured, a lot of bloody bandages and send her as a firework accident?

cut a binbag up with holes for her head and arms stick an old hat on her head and put a notice round her neck saying penny for the guy?

Like the Penny for a guy idea. Do you reckon I could sit her outside Asda for a couple of hours and make a bit of money

Think I'm going to have to go for the Sparkler idea aren't I? Suggestions please.
DDs have a sparkly silver wig in their dressing up box so she have that on her head. What shall I do for the rest of it?

I am running out of time. It's tomorrow night - bloody typical of me to leave everything til the last minute.

DD has gone as a firework. Black bin liner with head and arm holes cut out. I found some really pretty colourful, twirling christmas pressie bows today in a cheapie shop. Have stapled those all over the front of the bin bag. Sparkly wig - hey presto Sparkler's little firework.
