As far as I am aware, this has happened nationally - they have taken 100x the normal direct debit amount today. They have taken £5900 from my bank account! If you speak to your bank, they may be able to recall the Direct Debit for you. Mine just have (Lloyds TSB). Sorry if this is a bit incoherent, am still in shock, thought I'd been defrauded when I couldn't get any money out earlier! I was so incensed, that I've contacted our local paper and am having my photo taken outside the gym (looking suitably woeful) at 12.45pm. PMSL - knew I should have washed my hair this morning!!
