yes, it's to rent. doubt we'll get it as still haven't exchanged but havng a better look today has made us realise where we like....

How old are your kids BTW? HAven't you got a 3 year old? (Same as me - that's why I remembered)

yes - my dd is 3 years and 5 months, ds is 13 months. only thing I am scared about re moving is that ds has some ongoing health issues and am scared of moving away from St George's paeds....

I'm not sure I could give my address as Cockshot Hill without snurking...

Hmm - yes - East Surrey hospital doesn't have a very good track record, but I'm sure you could still keep going to St George's if you wanted (Patient Choice and all that...)

my DS2 is 3 and 3 months. Also have DS1 - almost 6.

Thanks for that, MO2... DH thinks even if our sale goes through it won't be before Xmas at this rate... Fingers crossed we'll be able to meet up one day....
