how annoyed would you be if a photoshop gave your pics to someone else?

im not yet sure this is actually the case, but 10 of my photos are missing. they either got snarled up in the printer (in which case they should have known and reprinted them) or they gave them to someone else.

they are really personal ones of me, dp and ds3 10 mins after he was born, including a few of him naked. i feel sick thinking that anyone could be looking at these. i know which they were cos they are digital so i havent lost them, but thats not the point

cant decide if i should go in and politely ask them to print them off again for me or charge in and demand someones head on a stick

am thinking politeness may be the best answer but not entirely sure i can do it

I would start being polite but if they come out with the crap as they sometimes do I would get a little agitated

definitely go in and be polite. there is nothing worse wheny ou work ina shop than someone coming in and haviong a go at you.... makes you far less likely to want to help them!

i know what you mean stbhl, i wouldnt just shout at random people but i am really upset that they have given out pictures of my naked baby. im sure they havent done it on purpose but i just feel an apology isnt going to be good enough, but not sure what else they can do. i am also aware that i have no proof that they gave me less pictures than they should have done, am wondering how many people try it on and whether or not they will beleive me

Boots lost a whole roll of DD christening pictures. We were devistated (sp) to say the least & thought we would never see them again.

When I went in to collect them I had a set of people at a dinner party & I had no idea who they were.

The assistant at Boots immediately refunded my money & promised t look into it.

3 weeks later I got a call to say that they have shown up & was told when Boots get too many films in they send out to get some develpoped to ease the backlog. Mine were one of these & they got sent to the wrong branch.

I went to collect them & wasn't charged, got a free film & free developing. Now when I go in I specify taht I don't want them sent out.
