you know the when you click to view your 'web history' well what if...

... the web history 'tool' is missing from the tool bar? does that mean that someone has deliberately hidden it? if so, how do you get it back up?

...or maybe tis best left hidden...

I think to get it back... right click on the grey bit at the top then choose 'customise', you can get it back that way.
