applied for a loan from the DSS about 7 weeks ago. Phoned up to see what was happening and she said they take a week to process....... mmmmmmmm I said but I applied weeks ago. She had a look on the system and appartently someone had processed the claim but hadn't clicked the final button to authority it. She did it there and then and said I could have the full amount I had asked for. I can now sort out our bedroom flooring and the stairs
